What is an End-of-Life Doula?

According to the International End of Life Doula Association (INELDA), “End-of-life doulas provide companionship, comfort, and guidance to those facing a terminal illness or death. Doulas normalize deathcare by creating spaces to hold conversations leading to increased communication and increased spiritual and emotional well being.”

Coming Spring 2024!  We will be providing End of Life Doula services for residents of Madison and Oneida counties, at no cost.  Referrals will be accepted from healthcare providers, nursing homes and assisted living facilities,  hospice, family members, community organization and self-referrals.
